Day 2 was pretty chill at Skinner Hut for most of the party. It was a day of relaxing, enjoying the view and each other's company. However, for several of the guys (Jeff, John, Greg, Terran, and Mike), there was a mission. We had to go back down to where the snowmobiles dropped us off and retrieve about a case of beer we left there (in cans of course - it's awesome that there is really good beer available in cans like Sierra Nevada or Dale's Pale Ale). After a leisurely morning, we departed under sunny skies with empty packs, enjoyed some turns along the way and ultimately retrieved the beer (8 mile round trip with ~ 1500' elevation gain).
